You can either call the office on 01509 238838 or email us and we will confirm your requirements and arrange an appointment to meet you. We will normally show you a choice of 3 houses that you like the look of. Viewings will always be accompanied so that you can ask any questions you want and you know you are not going to waste your time.
We will be glad to hold a house for you for 48 hours to give you time to study our contract, ask as many questions as you like, talk to your parents if necessary and we are also quite happy to talk to them directly if they have any concerns. If we have agreed extra works to the house, these will be put formally in writing and again you will get a copy of this “addenda” in advance to make sure you are happy with it.
Once you are sure you are happy with everything, we would arrange a further meeting at a venue and time to suit you. We sign multiple agreements so that you each get to take away your own copy for future reference, and at this point you would pay your deposit.
A month or so before your tenancy is due to begin, we will contact you with lots of information to make the move really easy for you. You can call us any time if you are unsure but we know this will be new for many of you and we will help you all the way.
We pride ourselves on maintaining the same high standards from the first to the last day of your tenancy. We will work closely with you to make sure you are happy with your house and that any problems at any time during the year are dealt with satisfactorily. We will remind you about all your rent payments and all the different ways you can pay – online transfer, cheque, cash or standing order – to make it as easy as possible for you. If your loan hasn’t come in on time, don’t worry, we won’t send round the heavies as long as you have kept us informed. If you need to pay from a foreign bank account we can supply you with the relevant SWIFT/IBAN details.
